Description

On November 19, 2011, the commencement of the Phase-I construction of the Centralized Political - Administrative Center was organized by People's Committee of Binh Duong Province. The modern design of all these buildings maximizes the use of natural light, making them efficient in terms of energy and eco-friendly. The Centralized Political - Administrative Center consists of the Central Building where the Party and the Government's bodies work, along with functional bodies of Binh Duong province such as the Court, People's Procuracy, Vietnam Social Security, Customs Department, State Bank, State Treasury,... All form a complex that is connected to universities, hospitals, industrial parks, and residential areas. The front of the towers faces a lake and people square with a capacity of 10,000 people... This work design won the First Prize in the international urban design contest initiated by the province's Party Committee, officially selected by the Vietnam Architects Council.

When being put into use (the first phase in 2013), the Centralized Political - Administrative Center is to become a symbol for Binh Duong's development in the new era, making a breakthrough for the province's authority with the centralization of all service types and high technologies, help local people get easier access to an effective and friendly administrative and political management, create a powerful breakthrough of the province's authority in the process of administrative reform, progress towards a transparent, fast, and modern administration, and also a factor in strongly boosting economic activities and international exchanges at a high level.
